The principal tenet of our investing philosophy is to deliver unconflicted advice on both the construction and monitoring of portfolios and the choice of products and managers for those portfolios. We are an asset allocation specialist and a manager of managers and products, not a buyer or seller of stocks or bonds. Our open architecture approach and independence allow us to be agnostic and objective in our choices, which are driven solely by our view of what is the "best of breed” in its category and most suitable for our clients. Most importantly, our investment management process is governed by a keen awareness of risk and suitability. We utilize an endowment model with a long-term time horizon and diversification across asset classes.
