Christopher S. Moore
Christopher S. Moore founded CSMCC in 2004. Previously, Chris served as Vice Chairman of ABN AMRO. Prior to the acquisition of ING Barings LLC by ABN AMRO, Chris was Head of Corporate and Investment Banking for ING Barings LLC and Deputy Chief Executive of the Americas. Chris was Head of Fixed Income, Chairman of the Investment Banking Division, member of the Operating Committee, and on Board of Directors of Furman Selz before its acquisition by ING Barings LLC. Prior to that, Chris was at UBS Securities as a Managing Director in charge of Fixed Income Capital Markets and a member of the firm’s Investment Banking Committee.
Chris was elected general partner of Bear Stearns & Co in 1985 and was in charge of their Capital Markets and International Corporate Finance Departments. He also served as a member of the firm's Management and Commitment Committees. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at E.F. Hutton & Company.
Chris serves as Treasurer of the Lincoln Fund, a New York based foundation. Chris was a member of the Board of Directors of the Metropolitan Opera Guild, where he served as a member of the Executive Committee, Treasurer, and Chairman of the Finance and Investment Committee, prior to its absorption by the Metropolitan Opera Association in October 2023.
Chris earned a B.A. from Princeton University in 1979.
